Darren has over 2 years experience in bookkeeping, audit and assurance and is currently studying part time towards his CA. Darren’s primary focus is in compliance and assisting the senior team with business consulting.

Petrina Stamos Senior Accountant

(B.COM with Distinction, CA)

Joining us in 2003, Petrina now leads one of our Accounting teams.  As a Chartered Accountant with 13 years experience, Petrina assists both business and professional clients to achieve their business and other financial goals.

Nathan Watt Accountant

(B.Bus, CA)

Nathan joined Snelleman Tom as an Accountant in 2010.  His experience in developing and monitoring complex cash flow & revenue budgets for clients in retail and property development industries has allowed him to follow his interest into business advisory and management.

Eileen Wise Accountant

(B.Com, B.Acc)

Eileen joined us in 2008 with two degrees under her belt and will  soon be a fully qualified Chartered Accountant.  Prior to working as an accountant, Eileen resided overseas, before returning to establish and run a successful business in Australia (which she has since sold).  Eileen’s expertise is attending to clients’ affairs and taxation administration and she works with her team to deliver helpful business management advice and taxation compliance.

James Dunn Senior Accountant

(B.Bus, CPA, FTIA)

James joined Snelleman Tom in 2011 with over 17 years experience in public practice firms.  James has assisted clients with a wide range of compliance and consulting services for small to medium business enterprises and professionals.  He has experience giving advice on Self Managed Super Funds, Company & Trust Tax and Capital Gains Tax.  James is highly motivated in assisting clients achieve their financial goals.

Jodie Marshall Accountant

Jodie joined us in 2007 and is one of our Accountants who works across a broad spectrum of clients. Jodie has been involved with many different aspects of individual and business taxation and compliance and has a working knowledge of Self Managed Super Funds. Jodie is highly motivated and provides a high level, friendly and efficient service to our clients.

Oryana Burette Accountant

(B.A, CA, Dip S.M)

Oryana joined us in 2007 and has been in the industry since 1997.   Oryana previously worked at QSuper with potential retirees discussing super options, and later travelled overseas and worked for a private bank. Oryana assists with a wide range of clients’ queries and situations, her special interest however is to determine the best tax strategies for Self Managed Superannuation Fund clients and their families.

Libby Burr Client Service Assistant

Libby joined Snelleman Tom in 2011 as a Client Service Assistant and is currently at University studying a bachelor of accounting.  She understands that each client has different needs and takes great care to ensure these are met.  Libby is responsible for attending to client service and administration requirements.

John Drakakis Senior Financial Adviser

(CPA, F.Fin)

John joined Snelleman Tom as an accountant in 2000.  He spent 3 years in the UK from 2005 to 2008 in a Financial Controller role with a European Private Equity Firm.  John returned to Snelleman Tom in 2008 and is now one of our senior financial advisors.  With John’s solid background of accounting and taxation he is able to combine this with financial advice to offer an all round service.

Scott Adams Senior Financial Adviser

Scott has over 13 years in Financial Planning and joined Snelleman Tom in 2005.  Clients enjoy Scott’s positive attitude and ability to really listen, which enables him to deliver expert advice in wealth creation.

Mikaela Ring  Financial Planner

(BCom/BEcon, Grad Dip FP)

Mikaela joined Snelleman Tom in 2004 as a member of the Financial Planning team. In 2008 after completing her Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning she moved to Ireland for some overseas experience working with Zurich and a regional Accounting and Financial Firm in Plymouth.  We are delighted to have such an energetic and capable planner re-joining the team.

Louise Hindle Financial Planner

(Dip.Fin)

Louise is one of our Financial Planners.  She has completed her Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and a Diploma of Lending.  Louise joined us in 2009 when she moved from South Australia where she was both a Paraplanner and Mortgage Broker.  Louise is an Associate member of FINSIA (Financial Securities Institute of Australia).

Cindy Parker Client Services Officer & PA to Martin Kerrigan

Cindy has a wealth of knowledge in the Financial Services industry with over 8 years in the Financial Planning profession, a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and certificates in Small Business Management and Commerce.  Cindy has worked in a variety of roles and has gained experience in the fields of Construction, Engineering and Manufacturing.

Nick Lindley Senior Risk Specialist

(Assoc Dip BM, Dip. FP)

Nick is a director and Senior Risk Specialist of ST Risk Management.  One of the founders, Nick has worked in the financial services industry since 1984 in Financial Planning and Risk Insurances.  Holding an Assoc. Dip of Business Management and Diploma of Financial Planning, Nick is also a member of the Association of Financial Advisors and participates on a State advisory board for a major Life Insurance Company.

Amanda Tenuyl Risk Advisor

(Dip.FP 1 & 2 Risk Management)

Amanda has been working within the financial planning / insurance industry since 2002.  Holding a Diploma in Financial Planning in Risk Management, Amanda is responsible for thorough insurance product comparison and research and also conducts our clients’ timely reviews. 

Maria Walsh Client Service Manager

Maria takes responsibility for all new business processing and underwriting follow up as well as ensuring that clients’ risk applications are efficiently processed and their cover is put into force in the least possible time.  Maria has been employed in the insurance and financial planning industry since 2003.

Pierce Siebenhausen, Risk Paraplanner

Pierce has been working within the risk management industry since 2006 and holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning).  By working collaborating with the ST Risk team, he helps to ensure timely, professional and compliant advice is delivered to our clients in the area of risk protection. A wealth of knowledge in insurance and claims means Pierce can process our client’s risk applications and claims both efficiently and competently.

Leonie Pugh General Manager

(B.Com; M Marketing Management)

Leonie is Snelleman Tom’s General Manager and has been with the firm since 2002.  In her current role, she works across many key operational and strategic areas to ensure the firm’s day to day activities are firmly aligned with the company’s vision.  She also takes on the responsibility that the wider team deliver on our promises to clients by providing integrated services that ultimately help clients build the future they want.

Louise Cooper Chief Financial Officer

Louise has been our Chief Financial Officer for the past 2 years.  Prior to joining Snelleman Tom, Louise was a financial accounting for the Brisbane Lions.  Louise is currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce degree through the University of Southern Queensland.

Bruce Shoobridge IT Manager

Bruce is our ‘go-to’ man for all things IT.  He is almost through a Bachelor of Technology with RMIT, but has years of technical support and consulting experience.  Our office could not run as smoothly as it does with out Bruce’s knowledge and expertise.
